Water testing is available through the Putnam County Health Department for persons wishing to have water tested for human consumption.
Water samples are collected by environmental public health specialist unless otherwise specified and testing is performed at the state public health laboratory. The Department of Health and Senior Services charges a $10 fee for this service, which is collected and submitted with the specimen.
